  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp: In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, then add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
