A simple and flavorful dish featuring chicken thighs coated in teriyaki sauce, roasted with vibrant vegetables for a comforting home-cooked meal.

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken thighs with teriyaki sauce in a large bowl.
