  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to create the perfect cooking environment for your fajitas.
