A simple yet flavorful dish featuring juicy shrimp, aromatic garlic, and a crunchy breadcrumb topping, all cooked on one sheet pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss together the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs generously on top of the shrimp.
  5. Slide the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor; frozen shrimp can be used if fully thawed. Adjust the red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
