  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings (e.g., blueberries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  5. Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle your desired toppings over the batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve warm.
