  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Toppings: avocado, salsa, lime, etc.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet pan, spreading it out into a single layer.
