  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup mixed berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just mixed.
  5. Prepare the batter in the sheet pan and sprinkle the mixed berries on top.
