A delightful and moist cake made with yellow cake mix and 7-Up soda, topped with a refreshing lemon glaze.

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of 7-Up soda
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Combine the yellow cake mix, 7-Up soda, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, scraping the sides of the bowl.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  6. Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and let it soak in before serving.
