A nostalgic dessert layered with flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Layer sweetened shredded coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
