  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
