A classic recipe for Rice Krispie Treats that brings nostalgia and joy with every gooey, crunchy bite.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat until just bubbling.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the Rice Krispies until well-coated with the mixture.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes
