A vibrant and delightful dessert made with layers of ladyfinger cookies, fresh fruit, creamy vanilla pudding, and fluffy whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup of yogurt (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer the ladyfinger cookies at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Add a layer of vanilla pudding on top of the cookies.
  3. Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the fruit.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Feel free to substitute seasonal fruits or different flavored puddings for a unique twist.
