Indulgent red velvet brownies with a rich cocoa flavor, topped with a drizzle of white chocolate.

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and red food coloring in another bowl.
  4. Bring the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Cool the brownies completely before cutting.
  8. Drizzle melted white chocolate chips over the brownies before cutting into squares.
