A hearty and creamy dish featuring tender cheese ravioli, crispy bacon, and a rich sauce, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese ravioli according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add diced bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and egg yolks in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the crispy bacon, pouring the creamy mixture over the top.
  5. Gently toss the ravioli to coat in the sauce, heat through for a couple of minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream and turkey bacon. You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a little zest.
