  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Add a dollop of pistachio cream to the center of each rectangle.
  4. Fold the edges of the pastry to create a swirled appearance.
  5. Brush the pastries with the egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
