A refreshing no-bake dessert that combines creamy goodness with tropical pineapple flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Creaming together
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and drained crushed pineapple until well combined.
  3. Building the foundation in a 9×13 dish with half of the graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Pour the pineapple mixture over the crumbs and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle coconut flakes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. You can replace pineapple with other fruits like peaches or strawberries for different flavor variations.
