Deliciously cheesy and savory sliders made with ribeye steak, bell peppers, and onions, perfect for gatherings and game days.

Ingredients

  • Sliders or small sandwich rolls
  • Sliced ribeye steak
  • Green bell pepper, sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • Provolone cheese or Cheez Whiz
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and peppers, cooking until soft.
  3. Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until the steak is browned.
  4. Cut the sliders in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the steak mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with provolone cheese or Cheez Whiz.
  6. Place the top halves of the sliders on and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warm.
