Instructions

  1. Prepare the Zucchini Noodles: Using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles from the zucchinis.
  2. Heat the Skillet: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
  3. Sauté the Zucchini Noodles: Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  4. Add the Pesto: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the basil pesto until the noodles are generously coated.
