A simple yet delicious breakfast featuring eggs cooked to perfection and topped with vibrant pesto.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet, careful not to break the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
