Delightful peanut butter truffles rolled in graham cracker crumbs and coated in smooth dark chocolate.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well blended.
  2. Roll Into Delightful Balls: Using your hands, take portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Dip and Coat the Truffles: Take each peanut butter ball and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate has set, which usually takes about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
