A homemade version of the classic Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate for a nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp canola oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture by combining peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Form the Egg Shapes by rolling the mixture into small egg shapes and freezing for 20 minutes.
  3. Melt the Chocolate Coating by heating chocolate chips and canola oil until smooth.
  4. Dip the Eggs in the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Let the Coating Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
