Indulgent and easy-to-make peanut butter brownies combining creamy peanut butter with rich chocolate for a chewy and flavorful treat.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the creamy peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, if using.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
