Decadent Peanut Butter Brownies that beautifully combine rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Add the chocolate chips if desired, folding them into the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
