  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs until well mixed.
  2. Roll Into Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Dip Each Ball: Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  5. Chill to Set: Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets, about 20 minutes.
