A simple and nostalgic dessert made with luscious peaches and a buttery cake topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches in juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the sliced peaches along with their juice into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the peaches.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter generously over the dry cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon and add brown sugar if desired.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for a perfect dessert.
