A simple and nostalgic peach cobbler that combines a buttery crust with sweet, tender peaches, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the milk and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  5. Add the canned peaches evenly over the batter.
  6. Drizzle with vanilla extract.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
