Delicious homemade Parmesan & rosemary crackers, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, dried rosemary, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter to the dry mixture, then mix until crumbly.
  4. Gradually add water until the dough forms.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool before serving.

Notes

Serve with hummus, cheese spread, or as part of a cheese board. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
