Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • Fruits and nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and yogurt if using.
  3. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
