  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (optional, like rosemary or thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, ensuring to get under the skin.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
