A rich and creamy dessert combining the delightful crunch of Oreo cookies with velvety vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate syrup.

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a solid crust.
  4. Layer the vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust and smooth it out.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the ice cream layer.
  6. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze until firm to the touch.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle additional Oreo pieces before serving.

Notes

For a sturdier crust, ensure butter is fully melted and mixed thoroughly with the Oreos.
