Delicious Oreo Cupcakes with a chocolate base and whipped cream frosting, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whole Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix together the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  7. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the whipped cream mixture.
  8. Top each cupcake with a whole Oreo cookie for decoration.
