A luscious, fluffy loaf swirled with creamy vanilla goodness and chunks of Oreos, perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla cream
  • 1 cup Oreo cookie pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl: flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Heat the milk until warm, then mix in melted butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the warm milk mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dough starts to come together, then knead until a soft dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  6. Spread the vanilla cream evenly over the dough and sprinkle liberally with Oreo cookie pieces.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other and place it into a greased loaf pan, seam side down.
  8. Allow the dough to rise again for about 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let the bread cool before slicing.
