Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the orange cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and roll them in powdered sugar.
  5. Place dough balls on a lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set but centers are soft.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
