  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, and rice vinegar.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour the orange sauce mixture over the chicken and stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
