One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta

A comforting and simple one pot dish featuring pasta coated in a rich garlic and Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring everything to a boil.
  4. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of broth.
