Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the pasta, vegetable broth, butter, and minced garlic in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and let simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and infuse the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley for freshness.

Notes
