A creamy and garlicky pasta dish that’s simple to prepare in just one pot.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (like penne or spaghetti)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Incorporate the pasta and the broth to the pot. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook until the pasta is al dente, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Melt the grated Parmesan cheese into the cooked pasta until creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
