A comforting and simple dish that combines the hearty goodness of a cheeseburger with pasta, perfect for cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Drain any excess grease to keep the pasta creamy.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap half of the ground beef for lean turkey or mushrooms. Feel free to add spices or veggies for extra flavor.
