Delightful cookies with a rich, gooey Nutella center that brings joy in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it cozy and ready for baking.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
  5. Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center; wrap the dough around it.
  6. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, giving them enough space to spread.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be customized with sea salt or chopped hazelnuts for added flavor.
