  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then add to the creamed mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, shaping the dough around it.
  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Let the cookies cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
