Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your palm. Add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and wrap the dough around the Nutella to form a ball.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
