Delicious cookies filled with Nutella, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. A soft, chewy treat perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until glossy and blended.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until a soft, sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until distributed throughout the dough.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until set but still soft in the middle.
  7. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. Freeze dough balls for fresh baking anytime.
