Chewy and rich Nutella cookies with fluffy marshmallows and chocolate chips that evoke sweet childhood memories.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Nutella, flour, egg, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Prepare a lined baking sheet and drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto it, leaving space between.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or a glass of milk.
