Delicious cookies combining Nutella, marshmallows, and chocolate chips for a sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Nutella, flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are firm and centers are soft.
  6. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For improved mixing, ensure your Nutella is at room temperature. Don’t overbake; cookies should be slightly soft in the center.
