Deliciously indulgent Nutella Bombs with a fluffy outer layer and a gooey Nutella center, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin to ensure your Nutella Bombs slide out easily once baked.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter, add a teaspoon of Nutella in the center, and cover with more batter until three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and fluffy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before dusting liberally with powdered sugar.
