Indulgent mini muffins filled with gooey Nutella, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella (for filling)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into each muffin cup until halfway full.
  6. Add a small spoonful of Nutella on top of the batter in each cup.
  7. Cover the Nutella with the remaining batter.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and fluffy.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes

Make sure to use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter.
