Delightful mini muffins filled with gooey Nutella, perfect for a cozy gathering or a comforting snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella (for filling)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), letting that warm promise of deliciousness fill the air.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until nicely blended.
  3. Whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Do not overmix; just combine until you see no dry flour.
  5. Grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or butter to ensure those Nutella Bombs come out effortlessly.
  6. Spoon the batter into each muffin cup, filling them halfway. Then, add a generous dollop of Nutella in the center and top off with another layer of batter.
  7. Place the muffin pan into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow them to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes
