Delightful mini muffins filled with gooey Nutella, perfect for any time indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter and milk, mixing until well combined.
  4. Scoop a small amount of dough into each mini muffin cup, pressing slightly to create a well.
  5. Spoon a teaspoon of Nutella into each well and cover with more dough.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl for coating.
  8. Roll the warm Nutella bombs in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These treats are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Freeze for longer storage.
