Indulge in these warm, gooey Nutella Bombs – a delightful blend of soft chocolate cake with a rich Nutella center.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
  7. Add a generous spoonful of Nutella in the center of each cup.
  8. Cover the Nutella with more batter until cups are about 3/4 full.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool slightly before removing from the tin and enjoy warm.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an elevated dessert experience.
