An easy-to-prepare, elegant interpretation of the classic Italian tiramisu, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies quickly in the cooled coffee.
  5. Layer the dipped ladyfinger cookies in the cups.
  6. Spoon the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality coffee. You can also add liqueur for an adult twist or layer in fruit preserves for variation.
